Dive Deep Into Self Knowing

This website is an introduction into my longstanding work in Yoga, Sound & Healing Arts. I teach Yoga and give sessions in Sound Work and Healing in London and the UK, beyond to Asia, or sometimes closer to home.

I have been immersed in the study and practise of Yoga and Healing for 19 years, and it has carried me through wild territory. I am a self confessed brutally authentic Yogi both on and off the mat and I live the truth of the teachings, however inappropriate this may be in our cultures.

I am trained across multiple Yoga and Healing forms, and have a passion for non judgemental and sensitive sacred space. I have also worked on and off with transformational sound forms since the late nineties as I was once a classical musician. I write poetry and have two collections soon coming out with Olympia Publishers.

On these pages you will find offerings, snippets of my songs and poetry, invitations into the beautiful world of mantra and vibrational sound work, and groups where you can join with others in a sacred gathering for practises that I offer, including Dynamic Yoga, Chanting, Mantra, and Healing. I am a dedicated teacher of Astanga and Vinyasa Yoga as well as experienced in teaching all kinds of yoga styles, mostly dynamic, but all in service of Truth and Self Awareness and Embodiment.

I offer groups, classes, and workshops in and around the UK and retreats in Asia, and I teach anyone with a genuine desire to discover themselves and these ancient traditions. I also offer sessions in meditation and advanced prana breathing practises.

The work I offer here is in honour of my friends, teachers, inspiring guides and inspiring gurus past & present, human and non human, and the silent friends who have been there for me along the treacherous stones of this human way. I honour you in every step I take on this planet, and if I do not see you again, know that I hold you in my heart every step of the way.

Join me, you are welcome, no particular credentials are required, you are welcome however you show up, if you feel you are drawn in the same vibration. I will not judge you or shame you, for I honour the dark part of the human condition and it is itself the pathway towards Self Knowledge, when fully seen in the Light - Yoga is not a practise only for the flexible or only for the enlightened - it is a practise, and in that it means you are welcome however unfitting you judge yourself to be.
